How can you sort who has the largest mail box under Exchange 2000 running
GFI 8? I need to run a report on who has the largest mail box sizes?

Thanks in Advance

You can do it from Exchange System Manager. Just expand the servers section
until you're at the mailstore level. From there you can see mailboxes and
their sizes. Click on the size column to sort by it. You can also export
the list to a file.

Go to system manager in Exchange 2000.
click on first administrative group.
click on servers
click on the server's storage group
click on Mailbox store.
click on mailboxes.
do a right click, then select export list.
select to exposrt as a .csv file (if you have excel)
name it mailboxuseage.csv.
save it to your folder or desktop.
now you have an excel compatible file with everyone's mailbox size.
