Exchange 5.5 migrate To Exchange 2000 Global Address

What would be the easiest way of migrating just the Global Address List from
an Exchange 5.5 Server to Exchange 2000 Server?

Are you trying to synchronise two separate orgs? Are these servers in the
same AD forest? Are they connected?

If we are not talking about large user base, you could export the directory
from 5.5 to a csv file. Edit and import into Active Directory. See:
