Reply E-mail address format

I would to send the default e-mail reply address to xxx...@abc.com.hk

But it automatically update to xxx...@abc.com.hk

I believe that this is because our user exchange e-mail format is xxxyyyy
instead of xxx.yyy

You would need to alter the e-mail address in the default policy to be
something like %g.%s...@abc.com.hk
