Is this in Outlook 2003, XP, or Outlook 2000?

In Outlook 2003 is the Add button also greyed out under the Delegates tab?

Is new mail being delivered to the mailbox or a personal folder?

This is so that I can share contacts and calendar. It's Outlook 2003 & 2000.
Also, just the permissions is greyed-out.

Thank you

Right. Is the new mail delivery point the mailbox or to a personal
folder?

There ya go.
Thats by design. Change the delivery point to the mailbox on the Exch
Server and it should work.

In outlook 2003, it should be ok.
Outlook 2000, now, that sometimes has problems when you have a pop
account and a mapi account loaded in the same profile.
