Error 9175 MSExchangeSA

Hi,
I have a problem with Windows Small Business Server 2003.

Every 1 minute on Application Event I have:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeSA
Event Category: (14)
Event ID: 9175
Description: The MAPI call 'OpenMsgStore' failed with the following error:
The Microsoft Exchange Server computer is not available. Either there are
network problems or the Microsoft Exchange Server computer is down for
maintenance. The MAPI provider failed. Microsoft Exchange Server Information
Store ID no: 8004011d-0526-00000000

Exchange server seems ok, clients are ok, internal messages are delivered,
from outlook clients messages are correctly delivered to external
recipients,
but when ms pop3 connector download mail from internet, it doesn't deliver
messages and return an 5.4.0 NDR message.

Operations already made:
reinstall exchange
reinstall exchange sp2
mount and unmout stores
restart server

Sytem attendant mailbox exists
All services are running
All stores are mounted,
but in some ms articles the say to check this registry entry:
HKEY_USERS\.Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
this key is EMPTY!!
I've check on other servers with sbs 2003, and it's not empty.

Some other strange things:
exch manager, in public folder store, if I right click and select send
hierarchy, in the dialog appears 2 items, one blank and one with my server.

Server was maintained by other people, and I don't know what they have done.

HI !

This issue can occur if the information store is not running. When the information store is stopped and the System Attendant is still running, the System Attendant keeps the MAPI session active. This issue can also occur if a mailbox store failed to mount.
