Is it possible to login to an exchange server, using Outlook, without
supplying a domain name? I want users to be able to access an Exchange
server just using their username and password without having to supply a
domain name. This is because they are normally logged in to a different
domain but have identical usernames and passwords defined on the Exchange
server, which is in a different domain.

Setting their mail profile Exchange Service properties authentication method
to none lets them access their mailboxes on the server, but only after they
fill in a logon credentials window that requires they enter the domain name
of the Exchange server - some users can't get this right and it causes
problems.

TIA

No, it's not.

Sorry. That's just the way it is.

They can't fill in the password? Or is the dialog box empty? A simple
registry modification will alter that:

OL2000: (CW) Password Dialog Box Always Unpopulated at Startup
