HI all,
How do I go about Merging the public folders, Address book etc, of one
exchange server to another exchange server on a different Machine and
different domain.

Are you migrating? Or do you want to replicate? (e.g. share info with the
other domain) Are they both in your same corporate environment?

Post SP2 you can use the InterOrg Tool.

For PFs, in Outlook you could export them to PST files and import them to
the other server.
What do you mean by address book? What else are you trying to get over?
