how did Symantec delete an email? just one email? do you have DIR
configured? if so, have you tried recovering it via Outlook? (Recover
deleted items)...

Hi Susan,

Symantec considered spam and it deleted the content and the entire email.
One of my rules in my symantec server was violated.

Is there away...I see it off my exchange server and I found it in my
administrator account as a deleted email from symantec....It is not in my
quarantined emails.

you'd probably need to contact Symantec on that...most emails that an AV
program deletes are not recoverable, but it depends largely on the
configuration you have...
