edb.log files are logging 20MB daily and filling up my drive

My drive fills up monthly with about 2GB of these logs. Do I need to enable
circular logging or what??

No, you need to do full backups of your Exchange server. A full backup (as
well as incremental backups) with an Exchange aware backup application will
purge the old log files. See the following articles:
