How is this done? This task is very simple with OfficeXP but is a lot
more difficult in Office2000.

You need to be running Outlook 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode - then you
can add the Exchange Server service. If you've already installed in IMO
(Internet Mail Only) mode, go to tools, options, find the "reconfigure mail
support" button and have your Outlook or Office CD handy...
