Removing Orphaned Organizational Forms

We had been connected to a server that hosted several organizational forms.
That server has been decommisioned. Is there any way to remove the
references to the organizational forms on all servers it had connection
agreements with? It won't let me delete it from the 5.5 Administration
program.
