User cannot see members of a DL

I have a user using Outlook 97 on our Exchange v5.5 servers that cannot see
the members of a DL (Distribution list) when she looks at the properties of
the list. I logged on as her on another workstation and created a profile
as her and am able to see the members of the DL. Any ideas on why that
might be happening and how that can be corrected? I looked this up on the
MS knowledgebase but couldn't find a relavent Q article to help out.

have you deleted here outlook profile and then recreated
it?
