Setting up Conference room Scheduling

I am trying to set up the Conference rooms here so that my colleagues can
schedule them through Outlook.

I have set up a mailbox, "test", to use for a room but I must have missed a
setting somewhere. When I go to schedule it in Outlook no information is
available. It sounded so easy to do but now I am at wits end. Have I missed
a setting or am I doing this incorrectly?

Any help would be appreciated.
