Since I work at a university which does not have one central IS group,
I cannot create accounts on our Exchange Server for some faculty as
they have their own network and IS group.
Is it possible to allow them access to certain folders only and not to
others? All of campus has Internet access, so could they connect this
way? There will be folders that they should not have access to, but
some that they will.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, it is.

Yup.

No problem.
Use the "Tools | Newsgroup hierarchies..." menu and publish the
folder(s) as a newsgroup.
