HI:
My company has an I-Mail Sever and Exchange server 5.5
The people who is outside our headquarter building overall in others countries are experiencing problems of as much sending as also receiving e-mails from our company and also from other Internet email accounts.
Monday we made changes, basically we made a Cut-Over Circuit in the network, we changed one company to another, this change implied a general subtitution of most of our the IP addresses.

Since our external offices are experiencing problems with send and receive e-mails.

Some of companies can ping our I-Mail server another not.

Your help will be greatly appreciate it any suggestion about it.

Robby, look at your network. you will have issues if the other sites dont know your new ip addresses! and the configuration of the routers!

Check your DNS and MX Records.. they sometimes take as long as 72 hours to
replicate

Use dnsstuff.com or dnsreport.com to help find which IP Address are known..

If people can ping by FQDN some places and not others ask them to ping only
the IP number and see what happens.
Also, clear out your DNS Cache... it may be holding onto old records.
