How to set-up outlook web access (step by step)

I am looking for step-by-step FAQ or white papers on how to set-up Outlook
web access for Exchange 5.5 on windows 2000 server.

I have hit the different web pages and have found some stuff, but it is too
general.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
