I want to Sync outlook at my home and office, I'm using Outlook 2003 at both
side
What can I do?

Assuming you're using an Exchange server and forego using PSTs (which
are E-V-I-L) you should have no problems at all doing what you want to
do. All you mail, contacts, etc. will be on the server and accessible
from wherever you connect.
