We want to disable/stop "Undeliverable" autoreplies on Exchange 2007.
Currently, if someone from outside our organization emails to a user that
doesn't exit in our organization they get the email shown below. How do we
stop that for external users (we want to keep it, if possible, for internal
users).

Thanks,
Rodolfo

The only way I know to do that is organization-wide, which will affect
internal and external users:

Enable recipient filtering. Your server will not generate the NDR; the
sending SMTP server will be responsible for generating the NDR. You
will need to enable this on the edge role. If you do not have the edge
role you can install the anti-spam agents on your HUB.

I have done all of above and I am still recieving undeliverable
messages in my qurantine box. I have lowered the SCL ratings down so
more spam gets blocked but hasnt seemed to help with the undeliverable
issues. Anyone else have a way of turning off the NDR's from bing sent
to a spammer and return being bounced back?

The two options are:

1. Check to see if your spam filter\appliance supports BATV (bounce
address tag validation) This will stop all NDRs from messages that did
not original from your system.

2. You can opt to put backscatter.org in your RBL
