I just ran "Eseutil /d /isprive /te:\dbbackup\ /p" on a 10GB IS and it
stopped at about 40%. I cancelled since I didn't really know what was going
on. I wasn't sure what to do and I have a backup of the IS from late last
night. I opened my mailbox and everything is just fine, should I restore my
data though?

Thanks in advance.

Brad

Hi Brad,

First part of offline defrag is to reconstruct a "new" defragged database.
Second step is to copy this "new" database over top of the original.
Assuming you ended the process during the first step your database should be
as good as it was before you started.
