I am trying to see if there is a monitoring utility for an individual
mailbox, basically, we have two account that collects email but no-one logs
onto them when 5 or more emails comes in we want to get an alerts from
exchange server or if the inbox is more then 300KB then it should sent an
alerts.
Can I create a rule for having exchange server to understand when there are
5 or more messages? How ?

Any other ways of doing it?

Thanks

Personally, I would add the mailbox to my outlook bar and just keep an eye
on the unread messages. If it got to 5 I would pull it up and look at it. I
can't think of a way to create that sort of alert right off hand.
