Auto Archiving

Different clients (OL98) terminate their auto archiviation with this mesg:
'Errore durante l'invecchiamento della cartella "Inbox" nell'archivio
"Mailbox - Giannici Stefano". Operazione del client non riuscita.'
I try to translate: 'Error in oldering of "Inbox" folder in archive
"Mailbox - Giannici Stefano". Client operation failed.'
That is the client cannot automatically move the older msgg in pst folders.

The problem is in server side or clients side? (I hope I can resolve this
with a reboot of Exchange services only, and then to understand what is
happending too.)
