Does anyone know what this error is?

The two users aren't even related. London\Jeffrey is not even related to
Jason in any way. Jason left the company and his mailbox was purged, but
his user account kept active to allow forwarding to his new address.

I don't understand this. I have done a rebuild on the RUS. What else do I
need to look at here. It really is bizarre.

Might have Jason configured as an additional mailbox in an Outlook MAPI
profile.

Using ADSIEdit and check for attribute publicDelegate of both Jason
and Jeffrey to have each other's distinguish Name mentioned. Else you
could simply scroll down the list of attributes for any instance of
each other. Simple.
