Hotmail retrieval in Exchange 2003

I am using web exchange. How do I make it download hotmail?

I have installed PopCon for my other pop3 mail

Hi Robert,

Hotmail only has an http interface and therefore, Exchange 2003 cannot pull
down the email from Hotmail.
