Problem with msftesql.exe y msfte.dll

I have Exchange 2007 cluster.
Since 4 days ago I have several errors in Event Log on the second mailbox
node and Microsoft Search (Exchange) doesn’t start.
The fail is in msftesql.exe and msfte.dll.
If I start Microsoft Search (Exchange) manually it starts without problems.
Exchange Server 2007 Version: 08.01.0240.006
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2
Enterprise x64 Edition
Service Pack 2

Is it failing at a particular time? For me this happened during
backups; where I had bad network route causing backups to take
extended period of time cuausing other issues to occur including
search service failiures msftesql.exe.

If not; maybe try rebuilding index.
