Recently I found out that My exchange server, always send
duplicate emails to recipient...the interval time is about
15 mins. Only once.

It is weird that this is not always happen, I'm not sure
that it is the set-up problem or the server is infected by
Virus.
Please help ?

sounds like two accounts are set up for the users on the local
workstations - did you enable POP3 or another protocol recently?
