Exchange 2007 Send-as permission takes long time to accept

Hi

When I add Send-as permission to a distribution group (or even on a Mailbox)
on Exchange 2007 it takes a long time (over a day) so that permission are
active. I tried via AD-Security settings or with a powershell
"Add-AdPermission "Group Name" -user "User Name" -AccessRights
extendedright -ExtendedRights "send as" it's all the same.
When a user tries to send throught Outlook e-mail and adds in TO field
e-mail address of a distribution group that have send-as permissions for his
account he gets back error that he doesn't have permissions to do that. But
over a day it magically starts working? Any ideas how can this be done so
that permissions take action quicker?

That's most likely a caching problem; have a look there:
