Put 35000 in cell A1. Put 50000 in cell A2. In A3 put =A1/A2. It
should equal .7. Now do a goal seek and set cell A3 = to .35. Cell
A2 should go to 100,000. It doesn't . It equals 99956.92994 and the
goal cell equals .35015

Am I doing something wrong or is this an error in Excel 2007. It
seems to do it with other goal values as well (.38, or . 40)
