Hi all,
There are obsolete file linkages in my work files. I can see the name of the source files of those linkages under Edit/Lindk. I would like to trace down the cell(s) where the linkage actually resides. I use Control+H to find them but that does not always work.

Is there a better way of getting to the linkages embedded in a file?

Thanks
J.C.

'Ghost Links' are often due to named ranges that no longer refer to a range address. Look through each sheet under Insert/Name/Define. Look for range addresses with #REF error in and delete

I did what you suggested and I also downloaded an add-in to find ghost links. I think both worked. All my files are clean now.
Thanks David.
