I need to know how to create a date formula which will
take various start dates and add 120 days to that and give
me the new dates (automatically). Please provide specific
instructions or attach a document in which the formula has
been created. I do not understand if I need to convert
dates to numbers and then add the formula and if so, how
do you convert back to dates, etc.? I lack the knowlegdge
to perform this function. Can you help me?

If your date is in A1, then in another cell put:

=DATE(YEAR(A1),MONTH(A1),DAY(A1)+120)

and press enter. Format this cell as mm/dd/yy if necessary.

all these are formatted as mm/dd/yyyy

in A1 => 3/20/1962
in B1 => =A1 + 120 which will show up as 7/18/62

exactly 120 days after

Geez, what was I thinking? Just add 120.
