Let's say in cell A1 I have the word "test"

In cell A2, I have the formula:

=A1 & "2"

I want the "2" to be a superscript. Is this possible?

thx

Jeff

Try...
Select the cell. Go to Format > Cell> Font. Then check superscript.
Seems to work

You can't have different formats in the result of a formula.
But in the example you gave, you can use [Alt]+[0178] in stead of 2.

Only for 2 though. I would need superscript for any number. I guess the best
I can do is to put the superscript in an ajoining cell, use Right Alignment
on the formula cell, etc

Read my question. This is in a formula, not cell text.

Only the 2 is superscript, not the whole text

Didn't I just say that??
