How do you copy the result of a formula to another cell
leaving just the result without the formula?

One way:

Edit/Paste Special, selecting the values radio button.

You could put a simple formula where you want the result
to appear. For example if you SUM(A1:A10) in cell A11,
you could copy the results of A11 into G1 by putting the
following formula in G11:

=A11

If you're trying to do it with the cut/copy/paste
functions, I'm afraid I don't know a way around it.

Hope that helps.
