I am looking way in Excel to create a pull down list which allows multiple
choices from the list to be made. Any ideas?

1. Create the list somewhere in the sheet.
2. Select the range you where you want the drop down.
3. Go to Data/Validation...Select 'List' from the Drop Down.
4. Enter the source (where you have created the list) in the source box. (or
simply select the range by clicking on the button next to source box.)
5. Now, you can hide the range where you have created the list.

Is this what you want?

You can do this with data validation and programming. There's a sample
file here:

Under Data Validation, look for 'Select Multiple Items from Dropdown List'
