Excel XP crashes when using sheet.xlt with image in header of footer

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a standard "sheet.xlt" template for our company
and want to put our logo in the header.

When I create a template with a logo as a "picture" in the header and
save it to "xlstart" the sheet is added fine, but when I go to print
or print preview excel crashes.

It seems repeatable using different computers and different types of
images.

Has anyone else encountered this?
