I want to make a loan to a family member.
$25,000 @3% to be paid in 25 monthly installments.
First year @ $300/mo.
Second year @ $1,000/mo.
And then a final lump sum payment of the remainder including all
interest accrued so far.
I'm actually using LibreCalc but it can open Excel files.
Would expect to need 5 columns:Period, Payment, Interest, Principal,
Remaining balance.
The templates I've found so far let me define the loan amount, interest
rate, duration, but not variable payments.
If I run it as 3 separate sheets I get numbers, but can't print out a
single page summary. EG: $22,354.61 remaining after first year of $300
payments, $11,838.59 remaining after second year of $1,000 payments and
then a final payment of $11,868.19 which includes $1,253.68 interest.
Where can I find a template that looks better than my scribbling?
