Somewhere in Help, I have seen a page on comparing two
database's or lists, I think it was through microsoft
query. I almost copied and pasted it when I saw it, as it
was one of those useful things I need to know, but
unfortuanately I didn't as I didn't need it at the time,
but do now!!!! I've searched and searched, but can't find
it again.

What I want to do is compare two lists or databases and
display the those rows where the two lists differ
(variance analysis of two lists). How can I do this? I'm
sure its there somewhere.
