I may be in completely the wrong place to ask this question, but I
noticed someone has a graffiti.net account, so...

I was having problems with speed of loading on my graffiti.net email,
and now I can't get into it at all. The only thing that's changed is
that I ran Norton 360 Version 2.0 help session, which said that my
phishing blocker was off, and proceeded to turn it back on.

Would this have blocked me getting back into graffiti.net, because now
when I open it there are no spaces for login name and password, and
even when I try to login as a new user it won't accept any user name
at all, telling me it's invalid.

Any help would be gratefully received. And I am not terribly computer
literate so the simpler the explanation the better!

Thanks

I have a graffiti.net email account. It's always worked great for me.
I went to check my email about 30 minutes ago, and the login boxes on
graffiti's homepage are gone. Instead there's a link to mail.com. I
clicked the link and tried my old graffiti.net email there and it
didn't work at all. It said invalid username or something along those
lines. I'm not sure if this login change is temporary or not.

I tried it again in 10 minutes and it worked. Here's how it works at
the moment: you go to graffiti.net and click where it says "to
login... click here" and it'll take you to a login page at
http://www.mail.com/login.aspx?domain=graffiti.net once you enter in
your login info it takes you back to graffiti. This to me seems very
phishy as they didn't warn their users about the change, and searching
on google brings up alot of info about graffiti.net related to
phishing and scamming. I'm not sure how true any of it is, but now
that I can get back into my mail account, i'm backing up the important
stuff and moving to gmail. Hope that helps.

Thank you very much for your help. Before I was not even getting the
little 'hand' icon that shows you can click on something, but today I
could. So clicked, went to mail.com page and, presto, just as you
said.

Anyway, lesson learned. My virus protection did not like graffiti,
hasn't for months, so this at least made me change to one it did like,
ie gmail. Have spent ages tonight 'forwarding' everything I wanted to
keep (although there was probably a better way of doing it - but low-
tech is fine with me as long as it works!).

And your reply probably helped the other poor graffiti user who also
had a problem with it. So thanks very much once again.

Jenny
