If You use same function in Word - everything is OK
(Picture wrapping - square, tight, through, none, top and bottom)

How to use same functions in Excel? There are no mentioned options?

Format=>Sheet=>Background

will allow you to insert a picture behind the
spreadsheet. However it does not print.
