Split employee wise file from master file

Dear All,
I have one consolidated master data. i need to split this data employee wise.
Some cells are password protected in the sheet. and i have disabled copy paste option also. once cannot copy from this sheet and paste in new excel file.
Once it is unprotected i can able to split it.
can anyone help how i can split after it is password protected (and copy option is disabled)
Entire sheet is not password protected. only some cells are protected.
