Unable to see some cells' numbers in print outs and Office 365's Excel viewer.

Hello.
My client has problems seeing his inputted numbers in his big updated
Mac Office 2011 Excel's spreadsheet's cells in his print outs and Office
365 web site's Office 365's Outlook's Excel viewer. However, only his
Mac Excel software shows it fine.
Why is that?
