Page Break Preview issues

This is my second attempt of posting here to find a solution. My previous
post on this topic did not garner a viable answer, or the answer provided was
not germane to my issues.

Has anyone had issues with the page break preview?

This has gotten old. I've tried repair, I've tried following the provided
instructions, and it's gotten to the point that no matter what I do, the page
break preview resets itself, without warning, to single-celled page breaks.
I'd offer an example, but we don't have any means to load excel files.

And even if I do get it to work, when I do a print preview, it does not show
the page. All that's viewed is a blank page, even though it's showing as
normal.

Someone with experience on this matter, in excel-- please, how have you
gotten it repaired so that it no longer does this?

I have talked with my IT people, and they say we just have to deal with it,
because they don't know of any fix to the issue.
