Aim: To use set print area to force 10 or more columns on to an A4
portrait piece of paper.
Problem: Set print area will only show you may be five columns in the
print preview area
In page break mode: If you insist on printing on one page, then each
cell is forced to become one page.
Do think this has anything to do with the default printer driver
installed, and that's why excel's set print area function won't work?
Incidentally I have a similar problem in MS Works spreadsheet in that
the set print area function will not work and you can only print may
be 5 columns instead of saying fitting ten columns on to one page.

Atif
The microsoft.public.excel* groups are hosted on Microsoft
newsservers. Most of us connect directly to the Microsoft
newsservers for quickest access and without having to look
at web pages. For most of us Google is not providing our
access, but is great for searching archived newsgroup
postings, and separately for searching web pages.
