Under page edit there is no way to paste a company logo into any of the
section headers? I have changed the margins to 0 but I would rather
this be done correctly and place the logo directly into the header.

True the header/footer cannot put a company logo at the top. But if you use to
TOP ROWS of the spreadsheet as headers you can use a TEXTBOX including the
logo and move the textbox(es) around. Unfortunately you cannot do the same
for footers. For a little more information:

If you want the logo only on the first page then make row 1 deep for logo and
only repeat row 2 for instance on on other pages. It is possible to hide
gridlines with white borders in your headings area.
File --> Page Setup --> Sheet --> (rows to repeat at top)

I've done this for a Project template once (which can't put anything but
text in the header/footer either.)
Create a TrueType font using, say, Corel's app, and put the vectorized
logo into the font as one of the characters (I use 'L' for logos.) Make
sure you make the rest of the charachters blank or you'll end up with a
massive TTF file which has to be loaded every time you want to use it.
Simply enter the letter 'L' (or whatever) in the header/footer area and
format the letter using your 'logo' font.
A cludge, but it works...
