I have vision problems. Excel's Zoom feature, although not perfect, is of great help. My basic problem is that Zoom only affects the spreadsheet itself. It does not change the size of menus or tool bars. In particular,

to Universal Access preferences.
1. I have a difficulty for which inverse video is helpful.
2. You can increase the size of the entire screen.
