Microsoft OLE DB Provider for OLAP Services 8.0

I have an excel user that I am trying to connect to a
MSOLAP cube.

When I go to source the cube, Microsoft OLE DB Provider
for OLAP Services 8.0, does not show up. Microsoft OLE DB
Provider for OLAP Services is the only choice.

I seem to connect to the db fine but I cannot connect to
the cube. I was wanting to upgrade this user to Microsoft
OLE DB Provider for OLAP Services 8.0, how do I go about
doing this? I can't find a download on the MSFT site.

Mike,
You can download the SQL Server 2K SP2 file. Expand it and
locate the MSOLAP\install folder and run the PTSFULL.EXE.
This will load the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for OLAP
Services 8.0. We ran into the same problem. We could
connect to the cube but we could not see some of the
fields. This took care of it.

To locate the download, go to
http://www.microsoft.com/sql/downloads/2000/sp2.asp

Select the language on the right hand side and click GO.
The file you want to downlaod is at the bottom of the page
SQL2KSP2.EXE
