I use two monitors. Accordingly, I need that a sencond Excell file to be
open in a different Workbook. I do not find where to change to this option
on Escell 2007

Try opening a second Excel session (i.e. to give you a blank worksheet, which
you can close), then open your second Excel file from within the second
session.
