When does this error happens? What were you doing? What version of office do
you have? How much RAM do you have? What about your hard drive?

1. I have uninstalled an re-installed Office 2003 that does not fix it.
2. Re Create users profile, did not fix
This does not happen to everyone, as I tested the same worksheet on my
machine and i do not have any problems.
The user is running on brand new fast computer with over 2 gigs of ram. So I
know its not the memory. I have researched this issue all over the web, and
no one has been able to pin down the root cause of this problem, everyone
provides different suggestions. Maybe Microsoft needs to provide detailed
reasons as to why this occurs. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
I kindly suggest that when you ask about an error, you provide the following
info:
* What were you doing when the error happened?
* Were you handling a large file?
* Does the file take a long time to create or recalculate?
* Did you create the file in another version of Office?
(If you did, then microsoft states that you will have to recalculate the
file each time you open it until you save it in the Excel 2003 format)
* Does your workbook have macros?
These answers will help us find your answer more efficiently.
