Office 2003 Group Policy

Not sure if this is the right place to post this....I downloaded the Office
2003 SP3 Admin template, installed it, and disabled the policy 'Block Opening
Lotus and Quattro files' but users still can not open Lotus 1-2-3 files.
Group Policy Management indicates that the policy is applied to the assigned
groups and is enabled. I am stumped. Any ideas on where/what to look for
would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem but I didn't know abouat the SP3 Admin template.
