Visual Interdev 6 Crash

Hi,
Visual Interdev crashes everytime before starting, my maching is running
Win XP SP2 , the error that i get is:

Faulting application devenv.exe, version 6.1.81.67, faulting module unknown,
version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00363736.

I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it again, but it didn;t solve the problem,
also trying to login in differnet user didn't help.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated..
