Hi All,
We have implemented Exchange UM with Cisco Callmanager. when the user
receives missed call, missed call info forward to thier email and when they
press missed call number, it says "the operation is incorrect". I assume we
have to have MOC to make the outbout call through outlook. if this is
correct, how can we turn the link off and it just sends text instead of link.
If this can work without MOC and OCS, can you please explain how?
