MSN Encarta Dictionary pronunciation problem

This is about the online version of Encarta Dictionary
(http://encarta.msn.com/encnet/features/dictionary/dictionaryhome.aspx).
(http://encarta.msn.com/encnet/features/dictionary/dictionaryhome.aspx).
The dictionary has the nice feature of pronucing the word looked up.
However it does not work on my computers. I tried it on a computer running
Windows 7 64 bit and another running Windows XP Pro.
Could anyone provide some tip for fixing this problem?

I have the same problem and I think it has just strated happenig. It may be
related to Microsoft abandoning Encarta as a service.
